Financial Disclosures
Mark will prepare or assist you in preparing all required financial disclosures. This process includes reviewing your partner’s disclosures as well.
Payment/Receipt Scenarios
Whether you are the payor or the recipient of the equalization amount, AFD will provide you with scenarios to optimize the payment or receipt, taking into account your short and long term goals as well as any tax related issues.
Separation Agreements
Prior to signing your agreement, Mark will work with you and your lawyer to ensure that the agreement is accurate and complete from both a financial and tax perspective.
Post-Separation Accounting
